BPEC announces that the Association of Plumbing and Heating Contractors ("APHC") has sold its 50% shareholding in BPEC Services Limited. APHC remains a Nominating Body and member of BPEC (Training) Limited which is a registered charity and company limited by guarantee and is the parent company of BPEC Certification Limited.

BPEC as a group remains committed to raising the standards of quality training and certification within the current legal framework.
